“The Man Who Woke Up” – Take Four

The man who woke up was a high school science teacher with a passion for poetry, teaching and a love for the universe. Every day, he would devote his time in the classroom unraveling the secrets of the universe to his captivated students, enthralling them with his wisdom.

One day, as he was preparing for a lesson on the expansion of the universe, he suddenly had a peculiarly convincing sensation that he was one with the whole universe. It was as if he could feel the energy of every star, planet, and every living thing coursing through his veins.

At first, the man was skeptical of this sensation, but as the days passed, he found that it only grew stronger. He began to see the world in a completely different way, and he felt a deep sense of peace and understanding that he had never experienced before.

Mesmerized by his newfound cosmic bond, the man eagerly disseminated his otherworldly revelations to his students. One time he was like an electrician, explaining to them the vast and powerful wiring system of the universe, showing how they were each a light switch connected to the same power source. Other times he was like a poet trying to say what can never be possible be said.

“The universe is vast and grand,
So many galaxies we can’t understand.
From the smallest speck of dust,
To the far off stars we must trust.
We live and breathe in this place,
In it beauty and its grace.
The world around us gives sustenance,
To thrive on this earth a miracle of its own sense.
The universe depends on us as much as we depend on it too,
But keep in mind the balance between me, you and the universe, it’s all you!”

But, not everyone was happy with the man’s teachings. Some of the parents of his students became angry and upset that their children were being exposed to these ideas. All of the sudden many of them wanted to study philosophy, history, music, arts, and refused to study what their parents had dream they should study. So they believed that the man was filling their heads with nonsense and distracting them from their studies.

The situation came to a head when a group of four angry mothers stormed into the man’s classroom. A woman with a stocky complexion and very rosy cheeks walked resolutely and defiantly over to the teacher’s desk and put into his face a notebook with a beautifully drawn quote in careful calligraphy:

Surprising the world with a pure and new view,
Feeling emotions so strong, but at the same time light.
My passion unleashed like never before,
This journey I embark on will be explored.

Teacher: “I think this is a wonderful original poem by your daughter, Mrs. Smith. She should be proud of her talent.” Mrs. Smith’s face went from pink to red with suppressed anger.

Mrs. Smith: “How about this: “The first sip of the cup of natural science makes you an atheist, but at the bottom of the cup, God awaits you.” How dare you teach this nonsense to our children! He is filling their heads with nonsense!”

Mom 2: “Have you done a background check on this man? Where does he come from? What are his credentials? »

Mom 3: “He won’t get away with it. We will not tolerate it. It needs to be stopped.”

Seventeen students felt embarrassed by the angry looks from the mothers of three of their classmates, who were terrified and deeply embarrassed to see their mothers setting up this scene.

The man who woke up was more burdened by this than by the silly accusations of these women. The mothers were aggressive, lashing out at him like an outrageous storm. Thunder after thunder of accusations of being a bad influence, a poison seeping into the minds of his children. Demanding that he be removed from office, unwilling to listen to reason.

Mrs. Smith: “You are manipulating our children’s thoughts and trying to influence their beliefs, our beliefs! He’s filling their heads with ideas Niu Eich » The man who woke up couldn’t help but laugh at this, which provoked the anger of the three moms.

Mom 2: “We won’t stand for it. He has to be fired immediately.”

Amid the cacophony of angry voices, a single cry rose above the rest.

Student 1: “Mommy, stop!” a vibrant young voice called out and a surprised sigh went through the classroom. The air was silent for a few seconds. “He is not trying to harm anyone or fill our heads with twisted ideas! «

Teacher: “Thank you Jack” the teacher responded taking three seconds to focus on Mrs. Smith’s eyes. “Ms. Smith, I’m just trying to help students think critically and form their own opinions.” He slowly directed his attention to the pools of Mom 2’s eyes, and began to say in a hypnotic cadence, “I think it’s important for them to have a variety of perspectives so they can make their own, informed decisions.”

Student 2: “I think it’s important to be exposed to a variety of perspectives and be able to make my own informed decisions.”

Mom 2: “That right there! You just repeated almost verbatim what this teacher just said. How is that free independent thought?

Everyone’s eyes turned to the teacher with eager expectation of his words. He finally said:

Teacher: “It’s natural for students to repeat what they hear from their teachers, Mrs. Johnson, especially when it’s something that resonates with them. That doesn’t mean they aren’t thinking for themselves. In fact, it is important for students to be able to express their own thoughts and opinions, even if they are similar words to someone else’s. It is a sign that they are actively interacting with the material and forming their own understanding of it. As a teacher, it is my job to facilitate this process and encourage independent thinking, not to manipulate or control my students’ beliefs. It is important that they are able to think for themselves and draw their own conclusions.”

Mrs. Smith kind of had a change of heart hearing these words come from the lips of the man who woke up. Despite this, she could not back down, and she had to continue feigning her anger, since she was the one leading the attack. Yet he could feel the subtle shift in energy emanating from her. So stoically, he almost gladly faced the aggressive opposition of the three women and stood his ground on hers. He knew that the universe was a vast and mysterious place, full of wonders and mysteries that could not be fully understood by science. He also knew that it was his duty as a teacher to inspire his students to think critically and explore the world around them, rather than simply accept what they were told. He also wanted to bring them closer to the meditative technology contained in the ancient Vedas scriptures.

However, as the confrontation continued, the man felt a deep sense of calm wash over him. He knew that he was doing the right thing and that the universe was on his side. At that moment, he made a decision.

Teacher: “I’m sorry, but I can’t stop teaching these ideas,” he said, his voice strong and unwavering. “I believe it is important that my students have a variety of perspectives available to them and can make their own informed decisions. I will not compromise my values or my beliefs for anyone. If that means I have to lose my job, so be it. But I will not stop sharing my message of unity and understanding with the world.”

The three mothers were surprised by the man’s defiance, but they couldn’t deny the conviction in his words. They also saw the same conviction in the eyes of their children. They realized that they had been wrong in trying to suppress his teachings, and they slowly began to see the value in what he was trying to impart to their children.

And so the Man Who Awoke continued to teach, inspiring his students to think critically and explore the mysteries of the universe. He knew that he was making a difference and that he was helping to shape the next generation of thinkers and doers. And over the years, he remained a beloved and respected figure in the community, a shining example of the power of knowledge and understanding to change the world.

The wordless experience takes flight,
Union with God that is seen, heard and felt.
Force that unites us beyond melt.
Warm and comforting hug, feeling inexplicable.
Connection that transcends time and space,
Divine Fire that burns in the inscrutable
And between labyrinths that people weave in their minds
There is a door for the one who is never absent
that leads to the source from a sacred wall,
Where God awaits us to answer the call.

The situation came to a head when a group of angry parents stormed into the man’s classroom, disrupting his lesson and shouting at him in front of his students. The parents confronted the man, demanding that he stop teaching these ideas and return to the traditional curriculum. But the man refused, insisting that he was simply sharing a message of unity and understanding with his students, and science was a good vehicle to spread the message.

The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you.

Mom 1: “How dare you teach our children these lies! You’re filling their heads with nonsense!”

Mom 2: “I’m worried that you’re trying to manipulate their beliefs and make them reliant on your teachings. Our plan for them included going to college, but now they don’t seem interested not even in going to church!”

Mom 3: “Have you checked this man background? Where does he come from? What are his credentials?”

Mom 4: “You won’t get away with this. We won’t stand for it. You need to be stopped.”

All the while their children were being silenced by their parents angry looks. The man’s heart was heavy, weighed down more for this than for those silly accusations. The parents were unrelenting, lashing out at the man like a tempestuous storm. They accused him of being a bad influence, a poison seeping into the minds of their children. Demanding that he be ousted from his post, they seemed unwilling to listen to reason.

Mom 1: “You are manipulating our children’s thoughts and trying to sway their beliefs, our beliefs! He’s filling their heads with new-age ideas.” The man who woke up couldn’t help but laugh at this, which caused all moms anger.

Mom 2: “We won’t stand for it. He needs to be fired immediately.”

Amidst the cacophony of angry voices, a single shout rose above the rest.

Student 1: “Mooom, stop!” a young vibrant voice shouted and a gasp of surprise coursed through the classroom.  The air fell silent for seconds. “He’s not trying to harm anyone or fill our heads with twisted ideas! “

Teacher:  “Thank you student 1” He made a 3 second pause, time he took to look into the depths of the eyes of Mom 1. “I’m simply trying to help the students think critically and form their own opinions.” He slowly turned his attention to Mom 2 eyes’ pools and started to say with an hypnotic cadence “I believe it’s important for them”, turning slowly to mom 3 face and continuing with a deep and rhythmic voice, “to be exposed to a variety of perspectives and to be able to make their own informed decisions.”

Student 2: “I think is important to be exposed to a variety of perspectives and to be able to make my own informed decisions.”

Mom 2: “That right there!, you just repeated verbatim what this teacher just said. How is that for the so called free independent thinking?”

Everyones eyes turned to the teacher with anxious expectancy to his words. He finally said:

Teacher : “It’s natural for students to repeat what they hear from their teachers, especially when it’s something that resonates with them. That doesn’t mean they are not thinking for themselves. Despite the opposition he faced, the man remained resolute in his beliefs. He knew that the universe was a vast and mysterious place, full of wonders and mysteries that could not be fully understood. He also knew that it was his duty as a teacher to inspire his students to think critically and explore the world around them, rather than simply accepting what they were told.

The universe is like a tapestry
Woven from threads of energy
Each star and planet a shining gem
In a pattern we cannot comprehend
But though it may seem vast and grand
We are a part of it, you understand?
Our bodies, our minds, our very souls
Are connected to the whole
We are all one, in the grand design
The universe and all of mankind
Inseparable, forever entwined
In the cosmic dance of space and time.
